I was recommended to you by a family member, as I really wanted a edible printer. The service I received was very quick, friendly and efficient.

I received my printer the next day and wow! I totally totally love it, I don't usually get on with printers but this one was so easy to set up, its actually amazing, the step by step guide for the inks were great too and really simple to understand, it was set up so quickly and the print quality is fantastic!

Now thinking I may have to purchase another for all my normal work!

I have now purchased 3 printer & CISS bundles from City Ink Express, 2 Brother printers and one Epson. They have all been straightforward to set up, one of the Brothers came with ink in the CISS system, all I had to do was fit the air filters and slot the cartridges in. The second brother I had to fill the ink and then prime the cartridges but this was easy with the aid of the video on the City Ink Express Youtube channel – I would recommend you watch the relevant video before setting up your printer. Both the Brothers have a separate ink tank, but it doesn’t take up much space.

The last printer was an Epson with refillable cartridges which I haven’t done yet, but it’s just a case of filling them using the syringes supplied and removing the air plugs. This a great option if you don’t want a separate tank with tubes.

I first bought a Ciss system from city ink express 3 years ago. From the day it arrived I have been extremely happy with their service and products.  I have since bought 3 more Ciss systems for other printers and each time I have been very happy.

I have bought both pigment ink and dye ink refills and can say that the quality of both is superb. Thank you Cityink Express you have saved me hundreds of pounds, and each time I press the cartridge reset button It makes me smile thinking about all the money I am saving.

This is our 4th order from City Ink Express. We have purchased 2 CISS from them; one for each of our Epson Printers and have saved a fortune.  We are a professional garment printers offering print, embroidery and screen printing.

I was always sceptical about non-genuine cartridges but when we calculated our costs on Originals compared to the CISS I thought we should give it a go as it was only the same price as two sets of cartridges which would only last us about a week. I have been thoroughly impressed and only wish that we had done this a few years ago when we first started out.

The print quality is excellent and the inks are very wash resistant on both light and dark garments. We print about 250 garments per week with our CISS’s, and we are often up to 80% coverage. We have thousands of satisfied customers, and we are happy to pass our savings onto them making us much more competitive in a very saturated market.

We are also helping the environment by not producing 30-40 empty cartridges per month too.

I am running a small therapy school so heavily using printed material both for marketing and for my students. I have being using all sort of solution to cut printing costs, but the one City Ink Express offer is by far the best. I have saved a huge amount of money WITHOUT reducing the quality.

I have a home business and I use a lot of printer ink and paper. I used to print stuff off and photocopy duplicates.  Since being introduced to the CISS Ink system I can't rate it high enough.

The ink is great, the system is simple and the service from City Ink Express is outstanding. If you haven't got your system yet I suggest you do it now.

My first CISS from City Ink Express was bought 3 years ago and I am still using it! The original printer passed away 2 years ago and I just transferred the CISS to a new printer. Simples! Shane at CIE is wonderfully patient and helpful, and although I was a complete novice he managed to turn me into a CISS expert!

Currently I am running two ip4850 printers and an ix6500 A3 printer (which has to be the best A3 printer bargain on the planet), all with CISS’s from Shane - one of the CISS’s is on its 3rd printer (started with a 4700, then a 3600 and now on a 4850). The inks are all the same (just in different orders) and the chips from the cartridges supplied with the printer can just be transferred to the old CISS cartridges.

As my business expands (yes, I am making a profit thanks to the reduced ink costs!), I will be ordering more CISS’s from Shane. The range of Canon printers he now has CISS’s for is amazing. There is absolutely no discernable difference between a CISS with Lyson ink and the original cartridges. OK, my eyes are not what they used to be, but a young photographer friend of mine cannot tell the difference either.

If you are worried about investing in one of City Ink Express’s CISS’s then don’t – talk to Shane & if you are still not convinced email him & he will pass the email to me – I’ll soon convince you!
