Question Subject: Chip resetter? See Answer
Details: I would like to clarify as I am new to the ciss system. Do I need a chip resetter for the CISS system? If yes, what chip resetter is compatible for your chip?

Asked by Kathy 7/22/2015 3:02 PM

Answer: These systems come with auto-reset chips, so there's no need for a separate resetter.

Question Subject: CISS Cartridge Spare See Answer
Details: Do you sell CISS Cartridge spare for Epson WF 2660? The cartridge used is T220. Currently, the spare cartridge listed is not the counterpart for T220 cartridges.

Asked by Madhur 10/15/2015 8:03 AM

Answer: Hi Madhur,

I'm afraid that, in Europe, the WF-2660 doesn't use T220 cartridges - we use model T16. This is because Epson uses regional zoning of cartridge chips, and means that our systems won't work in your printer. Sorry about that.

Kind Regards,

Zac at CityInkExpress
