Details: Hi

Could you tell me if this five-pack contains the PIGMENT BLACK ink as well as the four DYE inks (Black, Cyan, magenta, Yellow) inks? As the illustration does not indicate PIGMENT on either of the black ones pictured.

Answer: None of the inks in this multipack is pigment-based, I'm afraid. This is because our CISS only uses dye inks. If you're using refillable cartridges, you can buy the pigment ink on our website here:

About Cheap Multipack dye and pigment refill replaces Canon Pixma IX6550

Cityinkexpress Multipack bulk Dye and Pigment refill for Canon can be used on ciss ink systems and Canon Pixma IX6550 Multipack refillable printer ink cartridges such as the PGI-525 - CLI-526 or CLI-526BK, CLI-526C, CLI-526M, CLI-526Y, PGI-525BK.

Our Multipack Dye and Pigment refill for the Pixma IX6550 will produce high quality results with a good range of tones and can be used to refill cartridges as well.

The genuine inks and some compatible carts contain just 55 ml of ink in a set so our 500ml of refill ink is equivalent in volume to around 49 PGI-525 - CLI-526 cartridges which works out around 43p per cart

With a shelf life of 3-4 years it's a cost effective way to save money.
