Question Subject: Different ink systems See Answer
Details: Looking at getting the above system for crafting. What system would be best the dye or pigment and why?

Answer: Hello we have normal dye ink which uses dye ink for all colours and produces high quality images
the other system is Lyson and again produces high quality images but uses pigment black ink which is used fir text only printing for blacker black, Lyson ink is a UV dye ink capable of up to 25 years without noticeable fading

Question Subject: Air in Yellow ink pipe See Answer
Details: Hi I have installed a ciss and it have been working good for quite a time Recently I noted air in along the yellow ink pipe to almost near the reservoir I tried to bleed the air as per your instructions but still could not bleed and after some time air keep coming down the pipe It seems like a leak from the cartridge end. Visually all connection are good This happened to the yellow line only Can u please help as I m very happy with this system ?
